Roland TD313 Electronic Kit

The Roland TD313 is a compact V-Drums 3 Series electronic drum kit designed for everyday practice and home recording. At its heart is the V31 sound module, which shares the same advanced sound engine found in Roland’s higher-end V-Drums 3 Series kits. The module delivers a rich, multi-sampled sound library created in collaboration with Drum Workshop (DW) and offers a seamless transition to DW Soundworks software for computer-based drumming. Wireless connectivity lets you download V-Drums Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs from Roland Cloud, and a six-month Roland Cloud Ultimate membership is included so you can jump right into exploring new sounds and tools.

The TD313 is built for realistic playability with a PDX-12 snare pad that supports cross-stick techniques and provides a natural rim feel, plus redesigned PD-8H and PD-10H tom pads that improve dynamics and reduce hot spots. A compact CY-5 hi-hat paired with the quiet FD-9 control pedal keeps noise transfer to a minimum—ideal for home use—while the KD-10 kick pad delivers a satisfying acoustic-like response with low in-room volume. Expressive dual-zone crash and three-zone ride cymbals offer natural swing, weight, and choke control.

To support learning and creativity, the TD313 includes integrated coaching tools like a Phrase Trainer and Stroke Monitor, along with audio recording and song playback via SD media. The large color display and intuitive interface make it easy to tweak sounds on the fly with EZ Edit controls for tuning, muffling, and instrument selection. You also get companion software and apps—including V31 Editor (macOS/Windows) and the V-Drums Play app (iOS/Android, available late 2025)—plus Drum Pass, an exclusive Roland bundle of 100 free Melodics™ lessons. USB-C multi-channel audio and MIDI, Bluetooth® audio streaming, and analog inputs make it easy to integrate the TD313 into DAW-based studios, mobile practice setups, and hybrid performance rigs.

The kit ships with the MDS-Compact stand for a sturdy setup in tight spaces. Kick pedal, snare stand, hi-hat stand, and drum throne are sold separately, so players can choose hardware that matches their personal feel and budget.
