Refund & Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please let us know with in 48 hours of receiving.  
It is the customer’s responsibility (customer pays) to ship the item back to Music Villa. Once we’ve received the item back and inspected it to verify it’s condition, the store will issue a refund on the sale minus original outbound shipping costs. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of shipping damage, please contact us immediately and we will arrange proper return.
All returns must be shipped insured via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a restocking fee.
