Refund & Return Policy

If you need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility (customer pays) to ship the item back to Music Villa. Once we’ve received the item back and inspected it to verify it’s condition, the store will issue a refund on the sale minus original outbound shipping costs and a 3% restock charge for any credit card/banking fees we would lose in the return process. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you feel the need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.

All returns must be pre-paid. Items must be shipped insured via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We appreciate all dissatisfaction to be reported within 72 hours after receiving. We always appreciate a phone call about your enjoyment (or displeasure) with your new musical instrument.

Canceled orders are subject to Credit Card/Paypal fees which are non-refundable to Music Villa.
