The Martin O’ahu® TKE Uke Burst brings the first ukulele voice to the Martin O’ahu family, honoring the Hawaiian music legacy that helped shape the modern acoustic instruments we know today. Its tenor body—the largest ukulele size Martin makes—delivers extra volume and projection, while the solid spruce top with a burst finish and solid koa back and sides give it a look and sound rooted in tradition. It comes strung with new Martin O’ahu™ Low G Ukulele Strings [LINK TO STRINGS PDP], featuring a silver-wound Low G that adds depth, resonance, and a more familiar transition for guitar players moving to ukulele. Built for players who want to plug in and play, it features Mi- Si Simple Jack electronics with a battery-free preamp that charges in just 60 seconds for up to 16 hours of performance time. With a gloss body, satin neck, antique white binding, nickel open-gear tuners, and a softshell case, it’s a stage-ready uke with true O’ahu spirit.
