The Red Muck Mk.2 takes the classic Muff formula and turns it up to eleven. Inspired by the iconic ’71 Triangle Muff and later Red Army/Civil War Muffs, it delivers a huge range of saturated fuzz, compression, sustain, and distortion—from smooth, lyrical tones to massive walls of stoner-fuzz.
A dedicated Boost footswitch adds an independently tuned gain stage to push the Red Muck’s front end for even thicker fuzz-distortion, or it can be used with lower Gain settings as a powerful high-gain boost.
A 2-way clipping switch lets you choose between symmetrical clipping, as found on the original Red Muck Mk.1, and an asymmetrical “+” clipping mode for added tonal variety.
Whether you’re chasing singing, sustaining Muff tones or enormous, crushing fuzz-distortion, the Red Muck Mk.2 delivers the versatility and muscle to cover both ends of the spectrum.
