A stunning Japanese Custom Shop instrument built for players who demand exceptional performance, premium materials, and unmistakable Ibanez craftsmanship. The IV2RG features a neck-through construction with a 5-piece Super Wizard maple/purpleheart neck, a striking 4mm Burl Maple top, and a resonant Black Limba body.
The ebony fretboard is beautifully finished with a Tree of Life inlay, while 24 jumbo stainless-steel frets receive Ibanez Custom Shop Fret Edge Treatment for an exceptionally smooth playing experience.
For versatile, high-performance tones, the IV2RG is equipped with a premium DiMarzio pickup configuration: an Air Norton humbucker in the neck, True Velvet single-coil in the middle, and The Tone Zone humbucker at the bridge. The combination delivers everything from articulate cleans and dynamic single-coil tones to powerful, saturated lead and rhythm sounds.
A Lo-Pro Edge bridge and locking nut provide precise tuning stability, while the matte gold hardware adds an elegant finishing touch.
