Turn familiar echoes into shifting, imperfect textures with the Fundamental Lo-Fi Delay. From bright, wow-and-flutter-soaked chimes to dark, undulating clouds and rhythmic multi-tap echoes, this versatile delay adds movement, character, and analog-style warmth to your sound.

Designed to deliver professional-level tones with simple, beginner-friendly controls, the Fundamental Lo-Fi Delay features three distinct delay algorithms, three intuitive sliders, and a three-way mode switch.

Three Delay Algorithms

AM – Bright and hazy, with high-pass filtering, light harmonic distortion, and dual wow-and-flutter modulation. Repeats gradually thin and degrade like a fading AM radio signal, making it ideal for dreamy leads, open chords, and atmospheric textures.

Murk – Dark, dense, and heavily modulated. High frequencies are rolled off while distortion and low-frequency modulation create thick, undulating repeats. Great for shadowy ambience, brooding melodies, and worn-in lo-fi textures.

Echo – A rhythmic multi-tap delay with analog-style tone shaping. Short delay times create dense, lo-fi ambience somewhere between an echo and reverb, while longer settings produce syncopated, hypnotic patterns and cascading trails.

Controls

• Time: Sets the delay time between repeats, from closely spaced echoes to a maximum of 1 second.

• Feedback: Controls the number of repeats, from a single echo to long, evolving trails approaching infinite feedback.

• Mix: Balances the delayed signal with your original sound, from 100% dry to 100% wet.

• 3-Way Slide Switch: Selects AM, Murk, or Echo delay algorithms.

Tap Tempo

The Echo mode includes a selectable tap division:

• Quarter Note

• Dotted Eighth Note

• Eighth Note

To enter Tap Mode, hold the bypass switch until the LED begins flashing. The bypass switch then functions as a tap-tempo control. Hold the switch again until the LED returns to solid white to exit Tap Mode.

The pedal remembers your tapped tempo until you adjust the Time slider or tap in a new tempo.

Trails Mode

Trails Mode is enabled by default, allowing delay repeats to fade naturally after the pedal is bypassed.

To disable Trails Mode, hold the bypass switch while powering on the pedal. The LED will flash to confirm Trails Mode is off. Repeat the process to turn it back on.
