The ES-335 is Gibson's quintessential semi-hollowbody electric guitar. First introduced in 1958 as the first thinline archtop of its kind, it remains the standard for semi-hollowbody guitars. This instrument features a pearloid-inlaid rosewood fingerboard hand-rolled on a rounded C mahogany neck. Gibson's Calibrated T-Type humbucking pickups are paired with the company's handwired control assembly, delivering the versatile Gibson ES tone guitarists have sought for over six decades. The guitar includes Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons, a lightweight aluminum ABR-1 bridge and Stopbar tailpiece. It features a 3-ply maple/poplar/maple top and back with a solid maple center block.
