Gary Hoey Fender Guitar Clinic – September 24th

We're proud to announce a FREE Guitar Clinic with renowned rock & blues guitarist Gary Hoey at Music Villa in Downtown Bozeman, Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 6pm.

The clinic will focus on gigging with the Fender Tone Master Pro, but you can also expect LOTS of guitar talk and a casual Q&A. There will also be a secret Fender Launch that week, so you might get a sneak peek. Don’t miss your chance to see the legendary guitarist live and in-person!

Who is Gary Hoey?

Gary Hoey is an American rock and blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter who first achieved mainstream prominence with his fiery, Billboard Top 5 instrumental cover of Focus’s "Hocus Pocus" in 1993. Over a dynamic career featuring more than 20 solo albums, ranging from his celebrated holiday series Ho! Ho! Hoey, to blues-roots projects like Avalanche, he has established himself as a master of heavy tone and melodic phrasing. Beyond his studio records, Hoey composed the soundtrack for the iconic surf classic The Endless Summer II and created music for major networks like Walt Disney and ESPN. A seasoned live performer, he has shared the stage with guitar legends including Jeff Beck, Brian May, and Joe Bonamassa, and currently tours with the Lou Gramm All Stars alongside his son, guitarist Ian Hoey.
