From the Martin Custom Shop this “Double 00” features cutaway body with the 14-fret neck joint, Slightly thinner spruce top (.105″ thick) & hand selected East Indian Rosewood back and sides with the "thin" finish option giving the guitar a more resonant sound.

This Gibson Custom shop guitar is based on the 1942 Banner LG-2 with two important changes. the neck is the same nut width and profile as the 1942 J-45 Banner and this guitar also features the Murphy Lab "Ultra Light Aged" finish which gives you all the sound and tone advantages of the thin Murphy Lab finish but with very little aging, just finish checking. This guitar has lot of power and volume but in a compact easy to play size!
