NICHOLS CLINIC
Collin WheelerWithout a doubt, the coolest guitar store in the country. I have done a lot of domestic traveling and I always search out the local guitar store. Music Villa is without a doubt my all time favorite. The staff and service is great, but the selection and atmosphere are really what make this place special. Dedicated Martin & Gibson walls along with the coolest vintage & rare guitar room I’ve ever seen.
John LavazzoThank you for an amazing remote purchase experience! From my initial e-mail contact to communication about the transaction to the shipping, this was a great purchase experience. Beyond that however, I have to say that the setup on this guitar is better than any other I have ever (decades) purchased - anywhere (across the US). And I've owned some amazing guitars and purchased them form some well known boutique shops. I am convinced this guitar did not come setup this well from the factory and I thank you and your technician's for doing exactly what I asked. All I had to do is tune up and I am on my way. Just amazing. I'm a fan!
Wade BrockhoffStopped in and immediately greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. Mario is super friendly. Absolute best music store I've ever visited. Even chatted with the original owner and he shared some awesome stories.
The "Ultima" model designation calls to mind some of the most ornate and desirable Gibson Custom electric guitar models ever made. The Hummingbird™ Ultima builds on the success of that range and brings it to the Gibson acoustic guitar lineup.
The last person to play this guitar was Jimmy Page!! And that's why we didn't do our normal demo with Quinton. Watch as Paul (carefully) opens the box for quality control and to peek at the contents inside. This Gibson SJ-200 is number 15 of 50 made. A true collectors item!
Today we feature a stunning Murphy Lab SJ-200 that also happens to be a Jimmy Page Signature model. Replicating one of his guitars from the 60s, this jumbo body has all the vibe and tone of the original guitar (which is now a piece of rock n roll history!). What do you think??
