Paul Decker is one of the most honest, friendly, and kindest people I know.If you don’t buy from Music Villa, in person or on line you are missing out. Paul took in a worn old gentleman ‘75 Martin for a great all mahogany 000 Martin. The D-35 was just too big for me. Shoulder began hurting one song in. Told Paul of my issues and he led me to the perfect match. No gouging, no smoke and mirrors. Just a good trade for both. Thank you Paul and Music Villa.

I worked with Chad and the MV team to first talk thru the smallest details of the custom shop Martin I had been looking for. The guitar is the MV Hot Rodded D-18 with a VTS top. We ordered the guitar in August and just last week it landed on my doorstep on the central coast of California. The guitar is everything I had hoped for and more. Well worth the wait. The customer service from my initial half hour consultation with Chad to delivery of this gorgeous instrument has been superb. It is so clear that these folks know their stuff and clearly have great working relationships with Martin, Gibson, Taylor and others. The folks at Music Villa/Acoustic Letter are highly recommended, regardless of where you live in the country.

Thank you for an amazing remote purchase experience! From my initial e-mail contact to communication about the transaction to the shipping, this was a great purchase experience. Beyond that however, I have to say that the setup on this guitar is better than any other I have ever (decades) purchased - anywhere (across the US). And I've owned some amazing guitars and purchased them form some well known boutique shops. I am convinced this guitar did not come setup this well from the factory and I thank you and your technician's for doing exactly what I asked. All I had to do is tune up and I am on my way.
